Things to Know
Submitting Payment
You will not be allowed into the summit if your registration is still unpaid. Your registration will NOT be considered complete until payment is received, processed and posted to your registration record. If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay by credit card to enter. Paying by Check or Purchase Order? Your check payment must be postmarked no later than Friday, May 30th, 2025 (six weeks prior to the conference). For ACH or Credit Card, payments are due Wednesday July 9, 2025 (one week prior).

Health & Safety

Discounted Rates
The group rate becomes available when you register 3 or more individuals at once. See Registering Someone Else or Registering a Group for more information.
The student rate is available for full-time students. Before registering, students should email NACCHO360Reg@naccho.org their student ID or other proof of enrollment.
The speaker or poster presenter rate is available to individuals that have been approved as a speaker or poster presenter at NACCHO360.
