ShapeMobility: The Kentucky International Convention Center is wheelchair accessible and accommodating to patrons who have limited mobility. If your requirement is not addressed or you need further clarification, please contact502-367-5000 for assistance or any event related need you may have.

Scooter Rental: If you have mobility issues and would like to rent a motorized scooter while in Louisville, please contact Scootaround they have several options for rentals and offer delivery and pick-up service. Please click on the link to book. *Subject to availability, early booking is recommended. 

Accessible Bathrooms are available throughout the convention center.

ShapeAccessible Parking Spaces are available in the lots directly adjacent to the Kentucky International Convention Center buildings. Vehicles which park in the designated accessible parking spaces must display either the temporary hang tag or a permanent state license plate with the accessible parking notations. All parking in these spaces is on a first come, first served basis. 

Quiet Room: Need a break? Step away from the busy conference environment to a designated quiet room free from the sounds and activity of the meeting. Check the meeting app for specific room location. 

Closed Captioning: Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) captioning will be displayed on screen in all plenary sessions. 

ShapeFood Restrictions and Allergies: NACCHO events offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free food options. Food stations will have menu labels indicating ingredients and/or accommodations. Please include your food restrictions and specific allergies on your registration form. 

Lactation Rooms: NACCHO will have a designated lactation room available during the conference. 

OTHER 

  • Service animals are welcome inside the building but must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

  • Should you require an aide or assistant to help navigate the meeting, email NACCHO360Reg@naccho.org to register your personal aide as a complimentary guest (name, email, city, and state are required to obtain the badge).
